The Mushroom Growing blog has been set up as part of the Mushroom Growing website with the aim of providing news relating to the world of Mycology with a particular emphasis on wild mushrooms.
At the moment the blog provides information on mushrooms found out in the wild whilst foraging in parts of the UK with photographs to display the fungi collected as well as a description of the environment that it has been found in, with the aim of educating and inspiring other people to learn more about mushrooms.
The future aim of the blog is to review a variety of the mushroom growing kits that currently exist, giving feedback on which ones seem to work best, by showing pictures of our grows and information about any mushroom yields. We also hope that we can share some of our own mushroom grows on the blog, so you can find out exactly how to grow your own mushrooms at home.
